Elections were held in October. The Aston Valley Boardmembers/Coordinators are as follows:

President Roy Dempsey The President shall preside at all regular and special general membership meetings of the organization and at all meetings of the executive board. Responsible for all league operations.
Teener League Commissioner Joe Hart Responsible for all aspects of the Major League.  Recommends managers to the board for approval, including the all-star managers.  Responsible for planning the end-of-year picnic for the Teeners.
Major League Commissioner Mike Komorowski Responsible for all aspects of the Major League.  Recommends managers to the board for approval, including the all-star managers.  Responsible for planning the end-of-year picnic for the Majors.
Minor League Commissioner Bug Jones Responsible for all aspects of the Minor League.  Recommends managers to the board for approval, including the all-star managers.  Responsible for planning the end-of-year picnic for the Minors.
Rookie League Commissioner John McLaughlin Responsible for all aspects of the Rookie League.  Recommends managers to the board for approval, including the all-star managers.  Responsible for planning the end-of-year picnic for the Rookies.
T-Ball Commissioner Jim McKenna Responsible for all aspects of the T-Ball Division.  Recommends managers to the board for approval, including the all-star managers.  Responsible for planning the end-of-year picnic for T-Ball.
Player Agent Steve Shrader Responsible for planning league sign-ups, game scheduling, player relations, and playoff tournaments.  
Secretary Terri Nearey Responsible for keeping minutes of all general membership meetings and executive board meetings.  Responsible for keeping attendance figures for all general membership meetings.  
Facilities Manager Todd Kirk Oversee and maintain all fields and structures.
Equipment Manager Mike Grady Purchase all equipment for the league including uniforms and awards.
Treasurer Fran Miles Responsible as a custodian for all the monies of the organization.  Records all league transactions.
Rules Chairperson Anthony Marusco Oversees all aspects of league activities in relation to the AVBL and Babe Ruth League rules.  
Parent's Auxiliary Laurie Komorowski Responsibile for operations of the AVBL concession stand; Coordinates pictures for all leagues. 
Fundraising Michele Johnston     Responsible for conducting AVBL fund-raising activities.
Sponsors Mary Dempsey Responsible for coordinating all AVBL sponsorship activities.
